Last November, What Now took Rev Hall by storm, inspiring over 800 Portlanders to come together to tell the world they were ready to get to work. Community leaders, artists, friends, and neighbors came together to put fears and frustrations into positive action.
This year is all about youth. Student activists in our community have revolutionized what we consider to be the norms of American Democracy. This year’s event will be split into two parts: the daytime portion which includes the plenary session and workshops, and the evening portion which will involve tabling from organizations, and a program featuring exclusively youth.
Topics this year include: racial justice, gun violence prevention, the criminal justice system, indigenous rights, climate change, women's rights & sexual assault prevention, mental health, LGBTQ+ rights, religious freedoms, refugees & immigration issues, and education and students’ rights!
JOIN US and get inspired! Help us activate change in a meaningful way.
Everyone is invited to join for either part of the day, but youth admission will be prioritized for the daytime portion.
